Renfrew County has a deep history with the Forest Industry. The area is known for its big Pines and Maples and its storied history of 300 years of logging the Ottawa Valley and western parts of the Algonquin Park. Connected to the forest industry are manufactures and suppliers who provide the equipment that is needed to keep the sawdust flying.
Sawtech Log & Rural Expo is an opportunity for the Forest Industry big or small to come together to exchange ideas, network with your peers and have a bit of fun. Suppliers have travelled great distances to ensure that the industry is brought up to date on the latest technology and innovation. Come July 20-22, the Forest Industry in Eastern Canada will be converging on Renfrew and if you are not showing your wares in a booth we welcome all to walk the show and meet the industry of Ottawa Valley.
MARKETING
The exhibitors at SawTech Log & Rural Expo will be promoted, online, through social media, newspaper, radio, posters, invitations, brochures, trade publications etc. Promoting the participants as a group will enhance delegate or visitor participation. We market the event as a place where rural landowners, contractors, cottagers as well as industry could come together in one setting to see and purchase the products produced from the region.
Specific for this Community we understand that your audience are people who appreciate handcrafted and locally made pieces. It is our plan to focus our marketing efforts using advanced marketing segments in Facebook and Instagram platforms.
Additional
Each exhibitor will receive 100 expo passes that they may distribute to their clients as promotions. Many of our clients are using the Exhibitor Passes to promote the event on their facebook, email list and website. This is a nice gesture to reward your loyal customers or encourage new ones.
