Engaging The Customer
We have made engagement a priority in our event platform. We have done this through 3 interactive applications:
- Let website visitors ask questions and link these questions to the right person to answer. All of our questions that are asked are reviewed, we forward to your inbox only the questions that relevant and have value. Abilty to ask a question is in 5 different sections, FAQ, Demo's, Featured Products, and Auction.
- Stay Connected - Website users will receive notifications when you click on a Stay Connected button, every time there is a change to a category/page you will receive a notification. Site visitors will be able to manage their connections in their Expo Account.
- Social Sharing - When great content is created it is shared. On every page we have added a social sharing button at the bottom. Site visitors will be able to easily share any of the pages to their friends and family.
